REI AI helps small companies work out where AI can save time, improve a process or make a new product possible. The work starts with the actual workflow and the people using it.
How I help
I map the process, choose the useful opportunities and build the first working version. That can mean an automation, an internal tool, a customer-facing AI feature or a focused prototype.
The aim is a system the team can understand and keep using, with clear documentation and a practical handover.
